Once again the Web has been hacked. The very lifeblood that keeps geeks running has been attacked today by a rogue wave of data, taking out 3 of the 13 worldwide servers that essentially run the internet (resolving domain names). ICANN was part of the hack, as well as the .ORG namespace and the US Dept of Defence... I wonder what these south korean rogue data waves have to do with it? i am sure we will find out. But it's not the worst attack on the internet yet.
Is North Korea trying to subversively use South Korea to distribute it's world wide network attacks? Think about it. North Korea has very little ability to access the networks, and is jealous becuase we can view all these western movies, music and porn. But South Korea is a huge data warehouse, with some vast supplies of data networks and optic lines. Bingo. Why not use them to distribute a major system of breakdown DDOS attacks, and then point the finger across the southern border if they come looking.
Its just a hunch
